|Recommended: YesCould be better — There are some hallways with trashed that have not been cleaned in days. There is also no wifi network for my apartment and when I suggested maintenance you said it was fixed without actually fixing the issue.
|Recommended: YesGood Place to Live — The staff are awesome The buildings are very new and clean. They provide a shuttle to the Mizzou Campus besides Walmart is just cross the street which is exactly what I was looking for in the first place. The pros of this complex is much more that its cons.

|Recommended: YesThe Den has a great home feel and decent individual apartments at best. — The Den has a great home feel and decent individual apartments. In my experience, the individual apartments are of better quality than other compared complexes. This is regarding appliances, floors, etc. As far as amenities though, they are decently lacking, especially considering the recent price increases. I am now currently paying over double for the same complex I've lived in for the last two years. There are still no functioning firepits, unstable busses that are too small for the number of people that utilize this service, puke-covered hallways that remain untouched for months, decently lacking gym, and generally unhelpful office staff. I genuinely do enjoy living here, but any experience I've had with maintenance or office staff hasn't been pleasant. The one example I can provide is moving into an apartment with a bathroom ceiling that was visibly infected with mold, the maintenance men removing my bathroom ceiling, and leaving it untouched for over a month latter, painting supplies, industrial fan, and all other supplies included in my bathroom for over a month with a two-foot hole in the ceiling. It was a total of two and a half months before the ceiling was fully repaired and all supplies removed. And I still live here and pay double what I did last semester...

Thank you so much for your kind response!
|Recommended: YesThe staff at The Den are always providing fun stuff to do for their residents and are willing to help out. Specifically, Sabrina who works in the office helped my brother and me when we had some questions about our rent. She went above and beyond and we really appreciated it.
|Recommended: YesDecent and a good place for sophomore year — It can be fun living here, but it can definitely get a little noisy at times. The walls are very thin which can be annoying at times. Location is pretty good, but just a little far from campus. The shuttle helps fix that problem though. Being close to Walmart and other places is great though.
|Recommended: Yes18 months at The Den — I originally signed a 12 month contract, then extended it 6 months once I realized I was graduating a semester early. Here are three things I would tell people who want to live here 1. Get a parking pass. If you come back anytime after 9pm weekdays and weekends then there won't be nearly any spots left. I lived here less than a week before I realized I needed one. It's worth it. 2. If you want good random roommates, make sure you apply early. They do a good job at matching people if they have enough time to. If you try for random roommates last minute, Good Luck Charlie. 3. If you're a praying person, you better hope and pray you have decent people living in the apartments around you. These walls are PAPER thin and any loud music stomps noises barks, you will hear. The first 10 months, the apartment above me sounded like they had a rave every night. They also sounded like they walked around like elephants. No amount of 311 calls seemed to quiet them. It was awful. Overall, it was a great place to live. Not expensive like living downtown, quieter than downtown, many more food options than downtown, and a Walmart across the street.
